The one where the side note is the end note

Simon and Abby have done their Downtown Irwin scenes! Hip Hip... But I soon realized that we forgot a line, this one about Dandelion Wine. So I will try to work it in to a later scene at the meeting place, because I like that line.

Remind me and yourselves that once a scene is done and taped, someone needs to go through the lines and make sure all the essentials were said. See, Beth and I wanted it to be natural so said what felt right. We said about 85% of our lines. Added a little and just sort of stayed in the script's vicinity, never straying too far. We had this one take where I had pizza sauce around my mouth and was trying to talk, so we started laughing about it, but kept going. Its such a good little champion of a take.

Side note: never stop a take for a reason like, 'We started laughing". It could be gold.

emendation

I've had some resistance about the August 12th 6am shoot, so I imagine that others do not want to to get up early, eventhough getting up is about as difficult as going to bed, which I guess? is pretty hard. Anyway, what will probably end up happening is people will not show up, I mean sleep in, and then the people who do get up will have to stand around and look pissed, mainly at me for making them get up so early. So - that being said - we will just push it back to 6:15 am. Just kidding. 9 am. I don't want to hear one thing about 9 am - it is not hard to get up at 9 am. And I will go further and say that Geoffrey, Julie, Kaboom can arrive at 10am.

Ok, so this Thursday night Simon and Abby will film, seeing as how Nathan and Joel are douches. I mean Waldo and Emory, excuse me.

Beth, you still down? Pick you up at 5:30? We can do this, I can feel it. And it's more than a feeling.

Dan, I hope to have all the shots so that this goes seemlessly. And Beth, any free time tomorrow night to 'go over lines'? Elbow nudge.

12 June News

More Simon and Abby scenes have been taped. Hoping to tape the rest of the downtown Irwin scene on Thursday night, like around 6.

Any chance of Jon, Nathan, and Joel being available this Thursday night at 6? With costume? All you guys (Joel and Nathan) need are the shirts. It will be an interior car shot with minimal dialogue and only the tops of your bodies. My suggestion: go to K-mart, or Target. Get bright shirts that are too big, but not excessively so. While you're there you can get mesh shorts. Why not? Obviously, Good Will or a Thrift Store will be cheaper. Go for it.

If we film Thursday at 6, here's what I need from everyone.

Ian: not sure just yet what shirt you should wear. But probably just a plain polo shirt will work. I suggest you bring a couple with you.
Your line for the shoot: (some narration) Let's stop here.

Then the camera will pan over and reveal Simon and Abby walking by.

Waldo: Big bright shirt, mesh shorts...
Your line: FOODS!
Then you slap Ian on the back of the head and get out of the car.

Emory: Big bright shirt, mesh shorts...
No lines, but you will be in shot and you will be seen exiting the car.

It's mainly Simon and Abby who have lines to say.
