Read this and write it all down in your diary
Here is how we are going to finish this movie:
July 29 (Saturday) at 9am: Joel, Nathan, Jon, Dan, Jason, Beth, Ninehouser, Aaron.
-->Finish scene by the creek (Joel, Jon), Open Field scene (Jon, Nathan, Joel), Side of Road/Train Tracks (Jon, Nathan, Joel, Jason, Beth, Dan, Ninehouser), Downtown Irwin (Jon, Nathan, Joel, Jason, Beth, Aaron), 10 minutes at the Cabin, just some extra stuff we need (Jon, Dan, Joel, Nathan), and if Dan still wants to, we will get a shot at the Cemetery (Dan, Ninehouser)
Beth works at 5 on the 29th, so we will start with the side of the road and train tracks, then move onto Downtown Irwin, and go from there.
August 3rd (Thursday) at 6pm: Jon, Nathan, Joel, Jason, Beth, Parrish, James Goodman, Mat, Emily, Dan (to film).
-->Garage scene at Routledge Auto, across from Shelly D's Ice Cream and CLC church. Let's hope Mr Routledge and his crew have called it a day.
Parrish is responsible for bringing grease and a bucket of chicken. James G, you need sand.
August 12 (Saturday) at 8am: Jason, Dan
9am: Mat, Emily Jon (bring the wedding veil)
10am: Jon, Nathan, Joel, Dan, Jason, Beth, Ninehouser, Aaron, Teresa.
-->"Holland Park" (actually called Heritage park, on Saunders Station)
Nathan's birthday is the day before, so I didn't want him to have to be up so early, but I want to make sure we get it done.
August 13 (Sunday) at 2pm: Everyone and anyone!!!
-->Party scene which opens the movie (from the makers of the cult classic, "ZOOM", not to be confused with)
But, to be confused with.
We will start the filming with the inside shots, move onto the backyard, and end with all of the front yard stuff, including the flashback/daydream the happens later in the script.
The party scene is at the Rosemeyer Household, tell a friend, and tell them to tell a friend.
Stuff we also need, and cannot forget about: Quintino hiding behind Ian's door; the graded papers of Emory and Waldo on the fridge; Ian's drawing of his conversation with Julie; Dan leading six kids in a line; Emory and Waldo arm wrestling; split screen of foetus'. Maybe something else, but I forget.
Ok, so that will give us a movie. Please tell me if you cannot make it. My last blog went by unnoticed by a certain individual involved in that day's shoot. To that I say, shoot!
August 13-26: edit, edit, music, edit, music, music, edit...
August 27: Premiere!!!

Let's get this done and prove the naysayers wrong.

my only gripe is starting at 2 on the 13th. i think we get things rolling a bit earlier. i'm not planning to 1. ruin things. 2. waste 65+ dollars.
that's all.
It's a sunday and some folks have church, that's all.
i think the naysayers are cute!
also, i agree with beth, the earlier we get started the better. we all knew from the start that this day was set aside for shooting so let's at least all make a wholehearted effort this day to get everything done with enough time to enjoy ourselves afterwards! let's show some dedication people!
ps: this comment is not directed towards a certain ms. beth so don't take offense!
church does not run until 2. it's typically over at 12.
Why didn't anyone speak up when I posted this a month or two ago? It was always 2pm, and now it's a problem. Here's the proof: http://konieshedge.blogspot.com/2006/06/10-june-news.html
But anyway, I dont go to church, so if you want this to go earlier all of you with a problem will have to talk to those who do go to church. As per James's comment, we will either shoot at 12 or 2, depending on what comes of all of this. You are needed for the scene in the house, which we will start with. The reason we are starting there and then going to the backyard is because Beth is not involved in the front yard scene, so once we do those two things she can go. I'm trying here folks, but this last minute stuff kind of kills me. Only because I did tell you all this already. We'll get this worked out though, I'm sure.
i'm sorry if i sounded like a jerk...i didn't mean to.
No, I'm sorry. Really.
hehehe
this has been silly! generating *almost* as much discussion as Friends did a few weeks ago.. (hah). anyways, why can't we just ask all the church-going folk to meet @ the rosemeyers (since it is so near the church anyways) immediately *following* church that day? everyone can just plan to bring their stuff/costumes/whatever to church & then we can go from there! easy dudes.
The funniest part about all of this is the people who go to church probably have not read this yet; e.g., i mean i.e., Jon is still in florida and Dan does not yet have the internet. Life is funny when we live it.
My church runs till 5PM... sorry guys.. i just love god.
